Follow Up Care

Four Months Follow Up

A Future and A Hope mentors will contact women,

on a weekly basis, who have graduated from the program, to offer prayer, encouragement and support. As the women who have graduated strive to stay on course and continue their new healthy lifestyle, we want to be a continued

support system for them.

We believe this additional four months is critical in helping women stay successful in their new life.

2nd Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
